Industrial Disposal manage the removal of all contaminated and non-hazardous waste without threat to the environment or human health. Our reporting of the substances we carry will provide codes for all hazardous and non-hazardous wastes in compliance with the List of Wastes Regulations 2005 and the European Waste Catalogue.
The Duty of Care (DoC) legislation in England and Wales requires that we, as a carrier broker, take all reasonable steps to ensure that disposal of controlled wastes does not escape their control and is only transferred to an authorised persons. The DoC also requires that waste is described in a way that permits its safe handling by subsequent holders.
